The kids were "meeping" constantly meaning all of the time, not just now and then. They would meep during class so much that the teacher could not teach. They would walk by classrooms and meep just to annoy teachers. It was a meep revolution, so something had to be done. I lov...Beaker was one of my favorite Muppets, Mic. I love this video--great fun! Seems a little extreme to me for the school administrators to get upset about the kids saying "meep" to each other. There are so many things they could have been doing instead that are much worse. This seems like a pretty silly thing to get all up in arms about.
